Tell me that I am not dreaming and this is for real! I joined Active Rain on February 12, 2007 and when I first joined I remember looking at my measly 1,500 points and looking at the number 1 member in Idaho that had an amazing 19,000 points and thinking to myself...WOW, that's a lot of points! I thought I would be lucky if I had accumulated 6,000 points by years end! If you would have told me I would have had over 100,000 points 5 1/2 months later and be the #1 AR member in Idaho I would have laughed!
As soon as I realized the power of Active Rain and realized the massive amount of information that was available I started blogging (I want to forget the first blogs I wrote!) and just kept asking questions. I blogged and commented on so many blogs and can honestly say I have used many tips that have changed my real estate world more than I can say.
I am now working on my 12th referral receiving and giving now and will send 2 more referrals tomorrow morning to two AR members.
All I can say to each and every one of you is "Thank You" from the bottom of my heart for being my friends and for believing I bring something of value to this wonderful site! God bless you all!

Very nice sir, and also a blessing for your clients. Meaning that those that were referred to you were lucky to get someone so committed to his business, and to the clients that you referred out.
