I have learned so much about staging and the importance of staging a home correctly since joining Active Rain. Since joining Active Rain I met a home stager that has opened my eyes to staging and the power of it.
When I think of Sue Argue I think of class, intelligence, compassion, caring and a passion for what she believes in. Sue believes in her profession and not only makes a house a home but transforms a home to give the feel you are looking for.
Staging can set a mood, harmony, and staging can create an atmosphere that makes your friends and family feel warm and welcomed.
I had heard of the power of staging for selling a vacant home but never knew much about it. Since reading what Sue and many other Active Rain members have written I am a firm believer that staging cannot only help sell a home but can help the seller receive the highest and best offer for their home.
Many people don't want to pay a Realtor a commission for selling a home and don't want to pay a stager for staging a home. A professional stager will make a person money, not cost them. It can be compared to doing your own complicated taxes yourself or hiring a professional to do them right for you. Anyone can tackle staging but only a professional stager can make the difference between a home selling or sitting for months with no offers.
